JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed all sales goals and service targets.
  • Must be able to identify the financial needs of customer base and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of banking products and services plus be able to resolve all customer service issues.

Part-Time Tellers

NVE Bank is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Part-Time Teller.

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have at least one year of teller or cashier experience.
  • Weekend hours are required.
  • Must have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills and work well within a team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Process a variety of customer monetary transactions and check cashing while provided an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to identify and cross sell bank products and services that are beneficial to the client.

NVE Bank is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Residential Loan Officer.

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Required to solicit and originate residential real estate loans through industry sources such as realtors, attorneys, builders & financial planners.
  • Interviewing and pre-qualifying prospective borrowers, obtaining applications & acting as liaison between the processing and closing departments.
  • Develop and maintain new client relationships.

Universal Banker

NVE Bank is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Universal Banker. Utilizing a needs-based selling approach, the Universal Banker will actively engage clients and prospects providing product and service solutions based on client’s needs and how they prefer to conduct their banking. The Universal Banker will be responsible for providing a one stop experience in processing transactions and fulfilling all sales and service needs ensuring that the client feels welcomed and valued. Time spent on certain aspects of this role will vary depending upon branch traffic, as well as the needs and the role of other teammates in the branch.

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable to meet all assigned customer service and sales activity goals that include outbound phone contact to customers and prospects, in branch customer engagement, as well as other sales initiatives to deepen existing client relationships and acquire new relationships
  • Acquire and maintain customer relationships over the entire customer lifecycle by discovering and understanding their financial needs at the transaction window, platform desk, in the lobby or during out of the branch sales activities
  • Manage all aspects of the branch teller staff including, day to day operations, maintain the security of the teller area, negotiable items and the opening and closing of the vault and contents
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the different banking channels and digital services and promote opportunities to introduce customers to these capabilities
  • Lead customer adoption of alternative banking channels for routine banking transactions including, ATMs, on-line, and mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
  • Execute all sales, servicing and banking transactions accurately, provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with problem resolution for clients in accordance with all established procedures, regulations, and guidelines

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Expertise in financial products with strong ability and desire to engage clients, discover needs, and recommend product and service solutions
  • Outstanding sales presentation skills
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve client financial needs
  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to serve personal and business client needs
  • Cash handling and/or payment transaction experience with established processing procedures and controls
  • Consistently follows defined procedures for bank operations and client service behaviors that contribute to delivering an extraordinary client interaction

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Registered Mortgage Loan Originator
  • 3-5 years sales and service experience in a financial institution or retail business with a consultative selling environment
  • 2-3 years banking experience as a Teller, Client Service Specialist, or Financial Services Representative
