Notice of a Data Security Incident
As previously communicated in a written notice to certain impacted individuals, NVE Bank recently discovered that an unauthorized third party gained access to one NVE Bank email account that contained certain individuals’ personal information. Although NVE Bank is not aware of any evidence at this time of any fraud or identity theft arising out of this incident, NVE Bank sent written notification to the individuals whose personal information was contained in the account and for whom the bank has contact information. NVE Bank apologizes for any inconvenience or concern this incident might cause.
