Attorney Trust Account (IOLTA)
Overview
As an approved Trust Account Depository in the State of New Jersey, NVE Bank makes opening an Interest On Lawyers Trust Accounts fast and easy. Once you establish an attorney business account relationship with NVE Bank, our banking professionals will guide you through the process of setting up an IOLTA. As soon as the IOLTA Fund of New Jersey informs NVE Bank that your account has been approved to participate in the program, NVE will convert your account into an IOLTA Trust Account. The interest earned on the account will be paid to the IOLTA Fund of New Jersey to be distributed to legal service programs to support the delivery of civil legal services to eligible low income residents of New Jersey.
