The NVE Bank Community Foundation
Established in 2025, the NVE Bank Community Foundation has made a difference in the communities it serves through its support of a variety of causes. The Foundation began with a $5 million contribution from Ion Bank.
The NVE Bank Community Foundation’s mission is to contribute annually to a wide range of organizations such as health, education, economic development, human and social services, and the arts in Bergen County, New Jersey. We partner with non-profit organizations by providing direct support to make our communities a better place to live, work and prosper.
The NVE Bank Community Foundation’s priorities in Bergen County, New Jersey are:
- Affordable housing and rehabilitation
- Community services; including but not limited to, healthcare, education, job training, social services, childcare, and credit or financial services
- Economic development
- Revitalization or stabilization of distressed or underserved areas
Where there is a need, the Foundation will try to fill it. Through our grant application program, we feel we can identify the charities and non-profit organizations that can do the best for our communities. Our vision is to build a legacy of good works and to preserve funds to continue those good works in perpetuity.
